Hard reset Method :
Switch off your phone
insert battery
press and hold together Volume up button+Power Button
When screen light tern on Release Power Button
Now you will see recovery option .
select wipe data/factory reset option using vol- key and Power button to confirm
Next choose "Yes — delete all user data" to confirm whole operation.
When operation done Select Reboot System Now using Power button .
